Headlam Chief Operating Officer Tony Judge To Step Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - Floorcoverings distributor Headlam Group PLC said on Monday that Chief Operating Officer Tony Judge will step down from his role and the company in March 2019.

During this period, Judge will continue to work with the company to provide an orderly transition of this duties. Headlam is starting a search process for a UK Operations Director to take up some of the chief operating officer's responsibilities.

Judge has been part of the company for around 26 years since 1992, and has been chief operating officer for two years since 2016.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to express our appreciation to Tony for his considerable contribution over the last 26 years, and particularly during the past two years. The board and our colleagues across the group wish him well for the future," said Chief Executive Steve Wilson.

Shares in Headlam Group were up 0.8% at 459.60 pence on Monday.
