LONDON (Alliance News) - Hays PLC on Wednesday said it promoted non-executive director Peter Williams to the role of senior independent director with immediate effect.
The appointment follows the promotion of Andy Martin to chair of the FTSE 250 recruitment firm at the end of August, which created a senior independent director vacancy on Hays' board.
Furthermore, Hays announced the appointment of Mary Teresa Rainey as designated non-executive director for engagement with the company's workforce, also with immediate effect.
Hays shares were trading up 0.5% at 158.90 pence each.
