Haynes Finance Chief Following Chief Executive Out The Door In 2016

22nd Sep 2015 10:38

LONDON (Alliance News) - Car manuals company Haynes Publishing Group PLC lost another executive on Tuesday, as its chief financial officer joined its chief executive in saying he will retire next year.

Dan Benhardus, who has been with the company for 27 years, will leave his role as the finance chief on May 31, 2016, the same day that chief executive Eric Oakley will leave the company.

The pair are both leaving in the wake of Haynes earlier this month issuing a profit warning for the full year due to a non-cash impairment charge it has booked on its US operations.

Shares in Haynes were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 103.00 pence.
