LONDON (Alliance News) - Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Thursday said it has signed a development and supply agreement with Taiwan-based Dowton Electronic Materials Co Ltd.
The pair will work on the development, production, sales and marketing of Haydale-branded graphene-enhanced screen printable ink, which will initially target the biomedical market.
No financial details on the agreement were disclosed but it will be for an initial five years, with and automatic renewal option in place thereafter.
Production quantities for commercial applications are expected to start this year, Haydale said.
Haydale shares were up 3.7% to 168.00 pence Thursday.
