LONDON (Alliance News) - Graphene and nano particle products developer Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Thursday said its Haydale Composite Solutions Ltd unit has signed an agreement with Scott Bader Co Ltd, the liquid resins, gel coats and adhesives company.
Under the deal, the Haydale unit will provide graphene nano platelets which will be added to Scott Bader's liquid resins before being diluted down and cast into resin plaques for industrial use.
No financial details were disclosed on the deal.
"We have identified the composites market as a strategic sector for our functionalised graphene materials and this agreement represents a major opportunity to work with another global partner to develop a whole new range of formulated resins with enhanced properties which can be sold into the composites' market across the world," said Ray Gibbs, Haydale's chief executive.
