(Alliance News) - Haydale Graphene Industries PLC said Monday its Chief Financial Officer Laura Redman-Thomas has resigned with effect on November 22, to take up a new, undisclosed role.
The advanced materials company said a search for a replacement has already begun, and the board is making interim internal management changes to ensure the leadership of its finance function.
Redman-Thomas will remain in the company during the notice period to ensure an orderly handover, Haydale Graphene said.
"I'd like to thank Laura for her contribution to Haydale and wish her well in her future," said Chief Executive Officer Keith Broadbent.
Haydale Graphene shares were up 1.4% in London at 1.47 pence each on Monday afternoon.
