LONDON (Alliance News) - Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Wednesday said it has exercised its rights under its pipeline agreement with Swansea University and Swansea Innovation Ltd to acquire a new invention.
The new invention is related to heatable articles, particularly clothing and bedding, which incorporate carbon nanomaterial-based heaters.
Under the terms of the deal, Haydale has granted the inventors, Tim Clayton and Swansea Innovation, warrants over 30,000 Haydale shares. Swansea Innovation also will get a 2.0% royalty from any direct sales made by Haydale of the product or if the product is licensed.
The warrants are exercisable at 27.35 pence per Haydale share. Shares in the company were up 1.4% to 180.00p on Wednesday.
