LONDON (Alliance News) - Warehouse REIT PLC on Friday said Hawksmoor Investment Management Ltd held a 5.1% stake in the real estate investment trust after a deal on Thursday.
Hawksmoor Investment Management held 8.4 million shares in Warehouse REIT following the transaction, equivalent to a 5.053% stake.
Hawksmoor Investment Management's stake in the company prior to the deal, if any, has not been disclosed.
Shares in Warehouse REIT were down 0.7% at 102.30 pence on Friday afternoon.
