(Alliance News) - Harworth Group PLC on Friday said Independent Non-Executive Director Andrew Cunningham intends on stepping down from November 1.
The regenerator of land and property for development and investment has started looking for a successor. Non-Executive Director Lisa Clement will be deferring her own retirement from the board by one month to October 31 to help the nomination committee in its search.
Non-Executive Chair Alastair Lyons said: "Andrew has made an enormous contribution to Harworth over his time on the board as a non-executive director and chair of our audit committee. We shall miss greatly his insight and wise counsel and wish him all the very best for the future."
Harworth shares were up 3.6% at 100.50 pence each on Friday morning in London.
