LONDON (Alliance News) - Hargreaves Services PLC appointed David Morgan as deputy chairman on Wednesday, saying he will take over as chairman next year.
Morgan will become chairman of the company following its annual general meeting in 2015, after which incumbent Chairman Tim Ross will step down.
Morgan is currently the chairman of the company's audit committee and a member of its remuneration committee. He is a former executive director at Johnson Matthey PLC and currently holds chairmanships at Nord Gold NV and Econic Technologies Ltd.
Hargreaves shares were down 0.6% to 641.00 pence on Wednesday.
