(Alliance News) - Hargreaves Services PLC on Tuesday said it completed the sale of 2.9 acres worth of land to property developer Cruden Homes, netting an initial GBP500,000 in the process.
County Durham-based Hargreaves Services said the land, located in the Blindwells development, provides 60 affordable homes.
The Blindwells site is a 1,600 unit residential development near Edinburgh, Scotland.
In January, Hargreaves Services completed the sale of land at Blindwells to Bellway PLC before selling a 12.9 acre batch to Persimmon PLC.
Shares in Hargreaves Services were 2.2% higher at 322.90 pence each in London shortly after midday on Tuesday.
