(Alliance News) - Hargreaves Lansdown PLC on Monday said Independent Non-Executive Director Jayne Styles will not seek re-election at the company's annual general meeting in October.
The AGM takes place October 10, which will therefore be the date of Styles's departure from the board.
Appointed in October 2015, Styles will leave the financial services firm "to devote more time to her executive career".
Hargreaves Lansdown said that, while a non-executive director search is "currently underway", it is not seeking to replace Styles immediately.
Shares in Hargreaves Lansdown were up 1.3% at 1,922.50 pence on Monday afternoon.
