LONDON (Alliance News) - Hargreaves Lansdown said Friday that Senior Independent Director Jonathon Bloomer will step down from the board at its annual general meeting on October 25th and be replaced by Chris Barling.
Barling, who has served on the board for three years, will also become chairman of the remuneration committee on the same date.
In a statement, the company said it is in the process of appointing a new non-executive director who will in due course become chairman of the audit committee.
Shares in the investment management company were trading up 4.00 pence at 1,015.00 pence Friday afternoon.
