Harena Rare Earths PLC - rare earths company focused on the Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar - Completes the GBP2.0 million investment announced on Wednesday last week, following the admission of 90.9 million new shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday. Harena raised the funds through a direct subscription at 2.20 pence per share.
