LONDON (Alliance News) - The joint chief executives of FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust Hansteen Holdings are planning to sell up to a 1.9% combined stake in the company, according to Peel Hunt LLP.
Morgan Jones and Ian Watson will offer up to a total of 14 million shares in the company. Hansteen didn't say how many shares the pair currently hold or will hold after the disposal.
The placing will be conducted via an accelerated bookbuild, to be opened with immediate effect. Peel Hunt has been appointed sole bookrunner.
Shares in Hansteen Holdings were down 1.9% at 105.70 pence Friday afternoon.
