LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansteen Holdings PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Margaret Young will step down at the end of 2018.
"I have now completed three years at Hansteen and given the successful disposal of some large portfolios during the past eighteen months, the company is now much smaller and I feel it is appropriate to step down and concentrate on my other non-executive roles," explained Young.
"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Margaret for her significant contribution to our deliberations generally and hard work as chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit & Nominations Committees," added Chairman Melvyn Egglenton.
Shares in Hansteen Holdings were trading 0.4% lower on Monday at 96.65 pence each.
