LONDON (Alliance News) - Industrial real estate investment trust Hansteen Holdings PLC said on Thursday it has terminated discussions concerning the disposal of a portfolio of industrial property assets to Warehouse REIT PLC, due to the inability to agree terms.
In late July, Warehouse REIT shares were suspended from trading on AIM over the potential acquisition of industrial assets, as it constituted a reverse takeover under AIM rules.
However, Hansteen said that the potential disposal of its portfolio would not involve a takeover of Hansteen, of the sale of shares in the group itself.
Shares in Hansteen Holdings were up 0.2% on Thursday, while Warehouse REIT shares resumed trading down 1.0% at 99.00p.
