LONDON (Alliance News) - Hansard Global PLC Friday said said it has appointed its Chief Financial Officer Tim Davies as its new company secretary and as an executive director.
Davies will take up his new roles from the start of December after becoming chief financial officer back in April 2015.
Prior to joing the company, Davies had accumulated 19 years of experience in the insurance sector, most recently holding the role as managing director of HSBC Life Europe based in Dublin.
"I welcome Tim to the board and congratulate him on his appointment. In the seven months since he joined the company, Tim has made an excellent contribution to our finance and actuarial activities. His insurance and finance expertise will be an important addition to the board as the group implements its strategy for growth," said Chairman Philip Gregory.
Hansard shares were down 4.4% to 111.88 pence per share on Friday afternoon.
