(Alliance News) - Two Shields Investments PLC on Thursday said Hambro Breutcher Ltd held an 11.9% stake in the company following a deal.
Shares in Two Shields were up 3.0% at 0.14 pence in late morning trade.
Hambro held 400.0 million shares in Two Shields following the deal, which took place on Monday last week.
Two Shields has investments in companies with exposure to technology metals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel. Two Shields is also invested in cyber security firm Brandshield and e-commerce business WeShop.
On Tuesday this week, it was disclosed that technology investor Chris Akers held a 3.9% stake in Two Shields.
