LONDON (Alliance News) - HaloSource Inc said Wednesday it has signed a strategic partnership with Rain for Rent Inc to produce enhanced water filtration systems that meet water discharge standards on construction sites.
Under the partnership, Rain for Rent will provide its field expertise, alongside its sales and marketing reach, in combination with HaloSource's HaloKlear portfolio of eco-friendly polymer technologies.
HaloSource said that it has already teamed up on projects with Rain for Rent to demonstrate their systems, including the I-405 highway expansion in Los Angeles. The HaloKlear team has begun training with Rain for Rent's sales force for its technologies.
HaloSource expects annual revenues of USD500,000 to be achieved from the partnership.
"We are confident that this strategic alliance will deliver significant opportunities to provide new and existing Rain for Rent customers with cost and time savings and improved capability to manage regulatory challenges in the multibillion-dollar water management markets," said Timothy Joyce, vice president and general manager of HaloSource's Americas operations.
Shares in HaloSource were untraded Wednesday; they last were quoted at 6.50 pence Wednesday.
