LONDON (Alliance News) - Halfords Group PLC said Monday that Chairman Dennis Millard has been appointed as non-executive deputy Chairman of newly floated Pets at Home Group PLC.
Millard will act as chairman of the remuneration committee for Pets at Home.
Shares in Halfords were trading up 2.4% at 468.70 pence Monday. Shares in Pets at Home were trading down 0.3% at 239.07 pence Monday afternoon.
