LONDON (Alliance News) - GW Pharmaceuticals PLC on Wednesday announced the pricing for its upcoming issue of American Depositary Shares.
GW will issue 1.6 million ADSs, representing 19.2 million GW shares, at USD112 per ADS on the NASDAQ Global Market in New York. It will raise a total of USD179.2 million in the issue.
Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Cowen & Co are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
Shares in GW Pharmaceuticals were trading flat at 619.26 pence on Wednesday.
