LONDON (Alliance News) - Guscio PLC Monday said it has issued 7.6 million new shares, raising GBP610,000 before expenses, funds it will use to increase its cash reserves and accelerate its investment strategy focused on the technology and media sector.
The shares were placed at 8 pence per share.
Guscio shares closed down 15% at 7.50 pence Monday.
Earlier Monday, the company reported a slightly wider pretax loss in line with its administrative costs as the company produced no revenue in its last financial year to end-September.
