LONDON (Alliance News) - Wine producer Gusbourne PLC on Monday said Ben Walgate has resigned as the company's chief executive with immediate effect.
Walgate is leaving to "pursue other interests", the company said.
Andrew Weeber, Gusbourne founder and chairman, will become interim executive chairman ahead of a replacement appointment.
Shares in Gusbourne were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 55.00 pence.
