Gunsynd Says Suspensions On Investee's Mine Operations Now Lifted

11th May 2018 13:00

LONDON (Alliance News) - Gunsynd PLC said on Friday it has been notified by Brazil Tungsten Holdings, in which it holds 6.2% that the suspension of operations at its mine and process plant put down by government bodies have been lifted.

In March, two underground workers at the Bodo mine were killed in a fatal accident and, following the accident, Brazil Tungsten received a list of non-compliance issues, including three interdictions, which resulted in the suspension of operations at the mine and process plant.

Operations are expected to resume immediately.

Shares in Gunsynd were down 5.9% at 0.040 pence on Friday.
