LONDON (Alliance News) - Gunsynd PLC, a natural resources investor, said Thursday its investee Human Brands International Inc has acquired 10% equity in Milestone Beverages HK Ltd, a Hong Kong based wine and spirits distributor.
Human Brands' directors are hoping the deal will provide the company access to Milestone's distribution network to distribute its own products in the region, adding to its current distribution base of Thailand and the US, Gunsynd said.
Shares in Gunsynd closed up 12% to 0.045 pence each on Thursday.
