(Alliance News) - Gunsynd PLC said on Wednesday it has appointed Peter Ruse as non-executive director with immediate effect.
The resources investor said Ruse is a finance professional with over 12 years of experience in private and institutional wealth management specialising in mining and minerals and industry related sectors.
Gunsynd said Ruse currently holds board positions in Australia - listed Mont Royal Resources Ltd and Plukka Ltd amongst others.
"We look forward to Peter contributing via a new attractive investment opportunities to further add value for our shareholders," said Gunsynd Chair Hamish Harris.
Gunsynd shares were untraded at 0.02 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
