LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulfsands Petroleum PLC Wednesday said Director of Finance Alan Cutler has handed in his resignation and will leave the company in six months time after serving his notice period.
Gulfsands did not state the reason for Cutler's resignation, but said it expects him to leave in the third quarter of 2015, and in the meanwhile his duties will be transferred over to other members of staff.
"On behalf of the board and shareholders, I would like to thank Alan for his commitment to Gulfsands over the last two years and wish him well for the future," said Executive Chairman Alastair Beardsall.
Gulfsands shares were up 0.3% at 17.80 pence per share on Wednesday afternoon.
