LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulf Marine Services PLC said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer John Brown has given notice of resignation effective from the company's 2019 annual general meeting scheduled for May 28.
Brown has served as CFO since January 2014, having joined the company prior to its initial public offering in March of that year.
"John has been an integral member of the GMS leadership team, and I wish to express our gratitude for his valuable contribution and wish him all the very best for the future," said Chairman Simon Heale.
Gulf Marine Services, which provides support vessels to oil and gas industry, said it has commenced a process of recruiting a suitable successor.
The stock was trading 4.8% lower at 44.10 pence each on Tuesday morning.
