Gulf Keystone Gets USD17 Million Net Payment For March Oil Sales

28th Jun 2019 09:43

(Alliance News) - Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd on Friday said it has received USD17.0 million net payment from a regional Iraqi government for oil sold in March.

The company said Kurdistan Regional Government has made a gross payment of USD21.7 million for Shaikan crude oil sales during the month.

Earlier in June, the company said 2019 production will be at the lower end of guidance due to changes in the schedule of its drilling programme at the Shaikan oil field.

The oil & gas firm's guidance for the year stands at 32,000 to 38,000 barrels of oil per day.

Shares in Gulf Keystone were down 1.7% at 219.70 pence each on Friday morning.
