LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd on Tuesday said it has appointed Kimberley Wood as a non-executive director with effect from Monday next week.
The oil & gas exploration company said Wood has most recently served as head of the Oil & Gas for Europe, the Middle East & Africa at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP and remains a senior consultant for this law firm.
Wood is also currently a non-executive director of oil & gas company Africa Oil Corp.
"We are pleased to welcome Kimberley to the board of Gulf Keystone Petroleum," said Non-Executive Chairman Jaap Huijskes.
"We very much look forward to Kimberly's contribution, in particular in this exciting phase of investment and of markedly increasing production from Shaikan," added Huijskes.
Shares in Gulf Keystone were trading 0.7% higher on Tuesday morning at 287.50 pence each.
