(Alliance News) - Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd and Genel Energy PLC have been informed that they will secure payments from the Kurdistan Regional Government in January, the companies said Thursday.
The Kurdistan Ministry of Natural Resources will be releasing at that time the payments relating to invoices for August and September oil production, which are due in November and December.
Gulf Keystone shares were trading 3.7% lower in London on Thursday at 198.80 pence each, while Genel shares were down 5.3% at 176.40p each.
