LONDON (Alliance News) - Carador Income Fund PLC said Wednesday Lynchwood Nominees sold the vast majority of its stake in the closed ended fund.
Lynchwood Nominees, a group of investors managed by Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC private bank Coutts & Co, reduced its stake to 0.04% from 6.1% in a transaction Monday in Carador, a collateralised loan obligations investor.
The group of investors is now interested in 117,000 Carador shares.
Shares in Carador Income Fund closed down 1.8% at USD0.56 each.
