LONDON (Alliance News) - Grit Real Estate Income Group Ltd said Wednesday that Non Executive Director Paul Huberman has decided to step down and not seek re-election to the company's board at its annual general meeting on November 29.
Huberman has found the time and travel commitments more than anticipated and accordingly has decided not to stand for re-election, the company said, adding that it intends to appoint a replacement UK based non-executive director in the coming months.
Shares in the investment company were un-traded at USD1.46 per share.
