LONDON (Alliance News) - Gresham House Energy Storage Fund PLC said Wednesday it extended the timetable of its initial public offering to accommodate the positive response received from investors.
The fund, which is managed by Gresham House PLC, now expects admission of its shares to the Specialist Fund Segment on the London Stock Exchange on November 7, with dealings commencing on the same day.
The fund, which will float on the specialist fund segment of London's Main Market, will invest in energy storage systems connected to the national electricity grid in Great Britain.
Gresham House shares were trading up 1.4% at 444.0 pence.
