(Alliance News) - Cloud communications firm IMImobile PLC said Wednesday that investor Gresham House Asset Management Ltd sold some its shares in the company.
The transaction reduced Gresham House's stake in the company to 6.7% from 9.5%.
Separately, investment company BlackRock Inc bought 3.7 million shares in IMImobile, taking its total stake to 5.5%. The company did not disclose the previously holding of BlackRock, if any.
The share transactions by Gresham House and BlackRock were made on Monday.
Shares in IMImobile were down 2.3% at 325.00 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
