LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable infrastructure fund Greencoat UK Wind PLC on Wednesday said it raised a total of GBP50.0 million from its recent fundraising.
The company said it has issued a total of 46.1 million shares at 107.5 pence per share. Shares in Greencoat were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 108.50p.
"We are delighted to raise the maximum amount under our placing and see continued strong support from existing shareholders and new institutions. Our aim is to provide investors with an attractive and inflating dividend alongside real capital preservation," said Tim Ingram, the fund's chairman.
