(Alliance News) - Renewable infrastructure company Greencoat Renewables PLC on Thursday said it has hired Marco Graziano as non-executive director, effective immediately.
Graziano is a former director of engineering & construction services firm Vestas Eolica SA.
He has a strong engineering background and extensive experience in energy, industry, and renewables having spent more than 35 years working across these sectors, Greencoat said.
"Marco has experience in the European renewables sector as a board member and chairperson. My fellow board members and I would like to welcome him to the company, and know he will make a valuable contribution as we continue to build our operating platform in Ireland and in targeted European markets," said Greencoat Chair Ronan Murphy.
Shares in Ireland-headquartered Greencoat Renewables were down 0.6% at EUR1.19 each on Thursday afternoon in London.
