LONDON (Alliance News) - Greencoat Renewables PLC on Friday said it bought a 9.2 megawatts Knocknalour wind farm situated in County Wexford, Ireland for EUR10.9 million.
The Irish renewable infrastructure company said wind farm consists of four wind power company Enercon GmbH's E70 turbines. Following the acquisition, Enercon will continue to manage the wind farm's operations & maintenance contract.
The acquisition was funded by Greencoat Renewables EUR250 million credit facility, it said.
The stock was down 1.0% on Friday at EUR1.04 per share.
