LONDON (Alliance News) - Gulf Marine Services PLC said on Friday that Green Investment Commercial Investments LLC has decreased its stake in the company, which owns and operates barges and vessels for offshore drilling and extraction, to 10% after a transaction on Thursday.
Green Investment Commercial Investments lowered its holding to 34.7 million shares, equivalent to a 10% stake. Prior to the transaction, Green Investment Commercial Investments held a 17% stake in the company.
Shares in Gulf Marine Services were trading up 1% at 44.96 pence per share on Friday.
