LONDON (Alliance News) - Green Dragon Gas Ltd Thursday said it has raised USD88 million through the issue of its first public corporate bond.
The proceeds from the bond issue will be used by Green Dragon to launch its drilling programme at the Shizhuang South commercial gas production block in China. It will also be used for debt refinancing and general corporate purposes.
The bond is a senior secured three-year issue due November 2017.
Shares in Green Dragon were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 495 pence.
