LONDON (Alliance News) - Greatland Gold PLC on Thursday said it has started drilling work on the Warrentinna gold project in Tasmania.
The company said the drilling is focused on the main zones of high-grade gold at the project and it will provide further updates in coming weeks.
"We are pleased to announce that drilling at the Warrentinna project is underway. The drilling is designed to test depth extensions at our more advanced targets and is focused on the major areas of high-grade gold mineralisation," said Callum Baxter, Greatland's chief executive.
Shares in Greatland were down 9.4% to 0.0815 pence on Thursday.
