LONDON (Alliance News) - Greatland Gold PLC said Monday it discovered additional gold pieces at its Black Hills licence in the Paterson region of Western Australia.
Shares in the gold miner were trading 12% higher at 2.01 pence each on Monday.
In June, Greatland, which owns 100% of the Black hills licence, said that multiple pieces of gold had been recovered from surface during the first few days of the company's maiden exploration campaign.
Since then, more pieces of gold have been discovered, the company added.
These extra gold pieces have extended the strike length of gold in bedrock to 200 metres from 150 metres, the miner said.
