Great Western Gets US Forest Service Approval For Target 4 Drilling

10th Dec 2015 11:02

LONDON (Alliance News) - Great Western Mining Corp PLC on Thursday said the US Forest Service has given final approval for the company's planned drill programme at the Target 4 copper-gold prospect in Nevada.

"We are really pleased with this result. This is the first permit the USFS has issued in two years, which is a tribute to the hard work of our staff and advisors," said Chief Executive David Fraser.

"The company looks forward to breaking ground on M4 in the early part of 2016, and further demonstrating the potential value of its asset base in Nevada," Fraser added.

Shares in Great Western were up 10% on the news to 0.425 pence.
