LONDON (Alliance News) - Great Portland Estates PLC said Wednesday that it appointed Alison Rose as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Rose, chief executive of Royal Bank of Scotland's Commercial and Private Banking, has also held a number of other banking and finance roles within Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Markets.
GPE Chairman Martin Scicluna said: "We are delighted to welcome Alison to GPE's board with her considerable financial and commercial experience."
Shares in the property development company closed up 0.5% Wednesday at 685.40 pence each.
