(Alliance News) - GRC International Group PLC saw "significant improvements" in trading across "all areas" in its second half of the year, it said on Tuesday.
Total billings for the 12-months to March 31 were up 20% year-on-year to GBP6.7 million from GBP5.6 million.
The Ely, England-based firm also said the total monthly billings figure for March was the strongest achieved in two years. Similarly, web traffic for March continued to grow, reaching its highest monthly level since July 2018.
GRC, which provides products and services for IT governance, risk management and compliance, said the strong performance in the second half of the year was driven by "growing demand and activity through February and March".
A further sign of optimism included a number of high profile contract wins such as with Royal Mail, PwC and the NHS.
GRC shares were 17% higher at 37.00 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
