LONDON (Alliance News) - Graphene NanoChem PLC on Thursday said it will partner with HWV Technologies Pte Ltd on the design and commercialisation of the PlatClean V1 System.
PlatClean V1 is a graphene-enhanced water treatment system for the oil and gas industry.
Graphene NanoChem did not provide any financial details on the agreement with HWV.
"With the support of HWV Technologies as our technical partner and our ongoing business development efforts in the oil and gas sector, we believe that we are well positioned to rapidly rollout this latest product offering into the market," said Graphene NanoChem Chief Executive Officer Jespal Deol.
Graphene NanoChem shares were trading down 1.5% on Thursday at 46.30 pence.
