LONDON (Alliance News) - Graphene NanoChem PLC on Wednesday said its Scomi-Platinum Sdn Bhd joint venture's manufacturing licence has been approved by the Malaysian Ministry of International Trade.
The company said the manufacturing licence covers its planned nano-enhanced oilfield chemicals facility based in Port Klang in Malaysia. The facility is due to come online by 2016, Graphene NanoChem said.
The facility is a joint venture between Graphene NanoChem and Scomi Oiltools Sdn Bhd.
Shares in Graphene NanoChem were up 3.5% to 38.80 pence on Wednesday morning.
