LONDON (Alliance News) - Residential landlord Grainger PLC on Thursday said it has appointed a new national acquisitions director.
Tom Henry will be joining the company "in early 2019", and will report to Grainger's Director of Investments Andrew Saunderson.
Grainger said he will help its current GBP1.2 billion investment plan in the UK's build-to-rent and private rented sectors.
Henry is joining from LaSalle Investment Management, where he was residential fund manager, and prior to that he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge.
Chief Executive Helen Gordon said: "I am pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Henry as Grainger's national acquisitions director.
"Tom has a wealth of experience in the UK build to rent and PRS sectors. His appointment is a reflection of our continued growth ambitions."
Shares were 0.1% lower on Thursday at a price of 300.80 pence each.
