(Alliance News) - Grainger PLC on Wednesday said it has completed construction of its latest build-to-rent scheme in Canning Town, east London.
The Newcastle Upon Tyne, England-based residential landlord said Seraphina Apartments, the third phase at Grainger's Fortunes Dock cluster in Canning Town, comprises 132 BTR homes.
Fortunes Dock now totals 412 homes across three schemes, Grainger added.
"Seraphina Apartments is the final piece in our Fortunes Dock, Canning Town cluster," said Grainger Chief Executive Helen Gordon.
Grainger said it has invested GBP152 million in Canning Town, as part of a strategy of "developing clusters, with multiple schemes in close proximity, enhancing operational efficiencies."
"This cluster approach has proven successful, with developments such as Millwrights Place, Grainger's second scheme in Bristol, reaching stabilisation at 95% lease-up in under a year," it added.
Shares in Grainger were up 0.2% at 219.50 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
